The Kente weaving association we work with
is based in the Volta Region of Ghana and istucked away outside the town of Ho, the Ewekente weavers are reknown for their tight luxuryfabrics in colourful geometrics. The centre is runby Thompson a master weaver and chairman of the Kente Weaving association. In the centrehe trains younger weavers and supervises theother master weavers in the community. Hehas partnered with a local tailor to finish ourcushions.
